New Members

We always welcome newcomers of all levels of experience, from beginner to professional, to come along and share in our activities.

  • Meeting times when in the hall are from 7.15 to around 9.45 pm each Wednesday evening during the season from September to May.
  • Pick an evening from the program that may be of particular interest to you for starters and just turn up. You will be made very welcome.
  • Don't worry about being descended upon in the first week for your subscription, you won't be pressured, and if you feel it's not for you, there's no obligation.
  • Please contact the club for the new Membership fees for the current season (September to May) 
  • There is a £2 levy per attendance (£5 for non members).
  • Find us at the Church of the Holy Angels in Lilliput.

 Set Subject Competitions 2024-25

The set subject for the 2024-25 Season is "Minimalism" - Defined as astyle in art that has the smallest range of materials and colours as possible, and only simple shapes and forms

 

My Masterpiece

*ENPRINT PANEL:

This competition is not being run this year

Medium:PRINTS

My-Garden-320

 The Objective of this competition is to encourage photographers to achieve a panel of prints with a theme, without the expense of producing entries for a full blown panel competition.

 

Each entry should consist of between five and ten en-prints (maximum size 7" x 5", and they may be trade processed), mounted as a panel, on a board not exceeding 20" x 16" 

All prints should not have been entered previously in this competition.

Each member may submit two entries.

The winning entrant will be awarded the Joe Hudson Trophy which will be presented at the AGM.
